We are excited to provide an update from our Jobs and Education Chairman, Parker Antoine.
“The 2017 He Got Up celebration will be home to a robust Jobs & Education area – bringing together local organizations from education, business and community in an effort to serve our community on this one special day and beyond. Attendees will have direct access to educational and employment providers, tailored to short-term training and immediate job opportunities for in-demand career fields. Some of the organizations include Orange County Public Schools and Orange Technical College, Valencia College, UCF, CareerSource Central FL, Goodwill Industries of Central FL, Hilton Orlando and Universal Orlando. Supporting partners also include Second Harvest Food Bank, MTS Health Services, GRACE Resource Center and the 306 Foundation. The Jobs & Education committee is committed to a collective effort to uplift and empower those in need.”
